Purchase rules

This is the full text of the agreement you confirm with the checkbox beside a credit pack or a weekly plan. The checkbox shows a one-sentence summary; these are the words it summarises, and these are the words recorded with your purchase.

Purchases are final. Credits and weekly plans are not refunded in money. Weekly credits expire at the end of each paid week; a cancelled plan keeps its current week and simply is not charged again. The movie's unused production remainder is returned to my balance as credits, never as money. I agree that the service starts immediately. Tax may be added at checkout where the law requires.

When you tick the box, the studio records who agreed, when, what was being bought, the version of this text that was in force, the text itself and a fingerprint of it, and the short sentence that was on your screen. The record is written onto the payment inside Stripe and onto the credit transaction in the studio's own database, so it survives in both places.
