Privacy Policy

Your account: email address, an optional display name, a password stored only as a salted hash, and the sessions you are signed in with. The studio never stores your password.

Your work: the ideas and screenplays you write, the photographs you upload, the identity sheets and frames derived from them, the finished films, and the production records of each order.

Your money: credit balance and a ledger of every debit and refund. Card details are never seen by the studio — payment is handled by the payment provider.

Operational records: registration consent with its timestamp and document version, the IP address and browser string of a sign-in, and the studio's own production logs.

You may upload photographs so that a character looks like a specific person. By uploading, you confirm that you are that person or have that person's permission, and that the photograph is yours to use.

An uploaded photograph is stored privately. The studio also derives working material from it — identity reference sheets and the frames of your film. Uploaded photographs are sent to the image and video providers the studio uses in order to produce your film, because that is the only way the film can be made.

You may have the photographs and the derived identity sheets for a project deleted at any time after delivery, from your account page or through the account API. When you do, the image bytes are removed from the studio's storage and a record that the material existed and was deleted is kept — the studio keeps the tombstone, never the face. Your delivered film is not changed or deleted by this.

Photographs of other people without their permission, and photographs of children used to place them in a film, are not allowed and will be refused or removed.

The AI providers that generate images, video and text receive what they need to produce your film — including uploaded photographs when a character must resemble someone. They are processors for that purpose.

The payment provider receives what it needs to take a payment. The studio's operators can see your orders and their renders in order to support them.

Nothing is sold, and nothing is used to train the studio's own models.

Delivered films and their production records are kept so you can watch and re-download what you paid for.

Uploaded photographs and derived identity sheets are kept until you ask for them to be deleted, which you may do for any project after it is delivered. Deletion removes the image bytes and keeps only a record that material existed and was erased.

Only the studio's owner, an operator, or the holder of a link you deliberately created can reach your renders. Share links carry an expiry and stop working on their own.

Every frame is generated by AI. Nothing in a delivered film is a recording of a real event, and no character says or does anything a real person said or did. Events, dialogue and characters are fictional, including when a film is built around a photograph of a real person.

Each delivered film carries a visible notice saying so, and the video file itself is labelled in its metadata. Do not present a film from this studio as documentary footage, evidence, news, or a statement by anyone it resembles.

The studio makes no claim that a film is accurate, factual, or suitable for any particular purpose. Likeness, voice and performance are approximations produced by a model.

Questions about an order, a refund, a deletion request or this document go to the studio's support address shown in your account. A deletion request made through your account page is acted on immediately and does not need an email.

While this document is marked DRAFT, the studio's answer to anything it does not cover is the one that favours the customer.
