Write to the support address below. One mailbox answers everything: an order, a refund, a delivered movie that is not what you ordered, a question about this document, or a data request under GDPR or CCPA.

How quickly you get an answer: [RESPONSE TIME — owner to commit]. The studio is small and runs one movie at a time, so this is a real commitment rather than a marketing number, and it is left unfilled until the owner can keep it.

You do not need to write to anyone. Your account page deletes the photographs you uploaded and the face-identity references derived from them, for any project, at any time after delivery. It acts immediately.

What deletion does: the image bytes are removed from the studio's storage, and a record that the material existed and was erased is kept. The studio keeps the tombstone, never the face. Your delivered movie is not changed or deleted by this.

If your account page cannot reach something you want removed, write to the support address and say what it is.
